The scam is always the same: you have allegedly used an image without authorisation. A link to &#8220;imgur.com&#8221; should suffice as proof. This is a free image hosting service. Anyone can upload images here.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nI represent the Intellectual Property division. We have identified an<br \/>\nimage belonging to our client on your website.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>But don&#8217;t worry, all you have to do is insert a link into the website. A classic case of link fraud. Ultimately, the scammers just want a free link to their website. Good for the Google ranking.<\/p>\n<p>As always, simply ignoring the email is the best option here.
