The image was offered to be compressed by default with the online service &#8220;reShmush.it&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The service itself offers free image compression, so far certainly not bad, but I don&#8217;t necessarily want to create an external dependency.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/reshmush_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"471\" height=\"455\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6203\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/reshmush_1.png 471w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/reshmush_1-300x290.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 471px) 100vw, 471px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But where did this come from? It was kindly mentioned directly in a link that you can configure this in the &#8220;WP-Optimise&#8221; settings. As I don&#8217;t really need the plugin and only used it once to tidy up, I deactivated and deleted it.
